MalabsorbtieSINDROMUL DE MALABSORBTIE

 

Malabsorbtia este incapacitatea organismului de a absorbi nutrientii din alimente  (glucide, lipide, proteine, vitamine, minerale). Sindromul poate aparea ca urmare a dereglarii digestiei si/sau a absorbtiei deficitare a nutrientilor (in special la nivelul intestinului subtire).

 

Dereglarile de digestie (maldigestia) cuprind problemele legate de:

  • descompunerea alimentelor in nutrienti esentiali, datorate  timpului de digestie prea rapid (sindromului Zollinger-Ellison)
  • nivelui insuficient de enzime digestive, secundar unor afectiuni hepatice, biliare, pancreatice (-> lipsa bilei si a enzimelor)  sau datorat alimentatiei deficitare (de ex . in vit. B necesare pentru producerea enzimelor digestive),

In afara deficitelor nutritionale, maldigestia creaza  discomfort abdominal, balonare, dureri  etc.

 

Malabsorbtia propriu-zisa este generata de toate afectiunile care pot impiedica preluarea nutrientilor in fluxul sangvin si hranirea organismului. Aici pot fi inglobate:  sindromul de intestin semipermeabil,  intolerantele si sensibilitatile alimentare (boala celiacala, intoleranta la lactoza, fructoza etc), boala Crohn, colita / enterocolita cronica (->  timpul prea rapid de tranzit intestinal), diverticulita, sindromul de intestin iritabil, infestarea cu paraziti, disbioza intestinala, biofilmul intestinal, expunerea la radiatii (atrofie vilozitara) etc.

 

Indiferent de calitatea alimentatiei sau de suplimentele nutritionale folosite, malabsorbtia va crea deficite nutritionale cu efecte mari la nivelul intregului organism:

  • dereglarea absorbtiei proteinelor poate produce edeme datorate retentiei de lichid;
  • lipsa de fier si acid folic va genera anemie
  • carenta de calciu, magneziu, bor si vitamine va duce la degradarea osoasa si tetanie (spasme musculare, tremor) etc

Malabsorbtia este o conditie persistenta, deoarece ea se autointretine: carentele alimentare de vit. B si problemele de asimilare a aminoacizilor scad productia enzimelor digestive si perpetueaza malabsorbtia.

Carentele nutritionale datorate malabsorbtiei contribuie esential la: disfunctii endocrine, boli de inima, osteoporoza, rezistenta scazuta la infectii,  neoplasme, disfunctii cognitive, tulburari de dispozitie, lipsa de performante, imbatranire accelerata etc.

 

 

SUPORTUL INFO-ENERGETIC IN MALABSORBTIE

Sindromul de malabsorbtie este o conditie complexa, in care capabilitatile suportului info-energetic sunt cel mai bine puse in valoare pentru:

  • explorarea energetica functionala (EEF) a cauzelor care genereaza malabsorbtia (disfunctii ficat, bila, pancreas, valva ileo-cecala,  intestin semipermeabil etc), identificarea deficitelor nutritionale si enzimatice, evaluarea inflamatiei si a reactiilor auto-imune, evaluarea riscurilor de boli conexe etc; EEF este bine de facut inaintea analizeor clasice, deoarece ea inventariaza tot tractul digestiv si reliefeaza “verigile” slabe, care necesita investigatii suplimentare;
  • terapii energetice pentru stimularea digestiei, reducerea inflamatiei si a permeabilitatii intestinale, detoxifierea organelor digestive, eliminarea parazitilor, combaterea biofilmului, echilibrarea florei intestinale, relaxare  etc
