SINDROM PREMENSTRUAL

 

Sindromul premenstrual este o combinatie de simptome (=sindrom) care apar in perioada dinaintea menstruatiei. Simptomele sunt de obicei absente in prima saptamana dupa menstruatie, dar pot sa reapara oricand in timpul urmatoarelor doua saptamani (cel mai obisnuit apar in ultimele 4 zile dinaintea menstruatiei), si apoi se atenueaza la inceputul sau in primele zile ale ciclului.

 

Sindromul premenstrual afecteaza 40% din femeile intre 14 si 50 de ani, 10-12% dintre femei avand simptome severe care le afecteaza calitatea vietii. Printre simptomele deranjante se numara: dureri de cap si de spate, angorjarea sanilor, retentia de apa, crampele, tulburarile de comportament, labilitatea psihica, anxietatea, depresia si scaderea puterii de concentrare, oboseala sau lipsa de energie, hipersomnie, pofte exagerate, apetit crescut etc.

Cafeina exacerbeaza simptomele SPM, dar renuntarea nu se poate face decat treptat, pentru a preveni durerile de cap de sevraj. De asemenea candidoza, endometrioza, dezechilibrele minerale etc pot accentua simptomele sindromului premenstrual.

 

Protocolul Estella-PMS identifica in mod neinvaziv tipul de PMS si dezechilibrele hormonale si nutritionale specifice, dar si bolile ce pot cauza sau exacerba PMS: (disfunctia tiroidei, endometrioza, candidoza etc).

In functie de dezechilibrele constatate, se alege o terapie personalizata care sa asigure comfort maxim in perioada ciclului menstrual si sa previna  / trateze afectiuni posibile ale sanilor, uterului, ovarelor etc.  Terapiile neinvazive sunt o combinatie de B-RT, FSM, biofeedback, NLP care asigura ajustarea pe plan fiziologic si pe planurile mentalo-emotionale pentru echilibrarea neuro-hormonala  si reducerea simptomelor neplacute.

PMS Tip A

 Caracterizat de anxietate, insomnie, iritabilitate,   dispozitie schimbatoare. Deseori consuma in exces produse lactate si zaharuri   simple.

PMS Tip C

 Caracterizat de oboseala, stare de lesin,   dureri de cap si ameteala.Deseori au pofta de carbohidrati (covrigi,   paste, foietaje etc)

PMS Tip D

 Caracterizat de confuzie, depresie si   pierderi de memorie.Deseori cauzat de intoxicatia cu plumb.

PMS Tip H

Caracterizat de edem (retentia apei) , obezitate   (crestere in greutate), inflamarea / intarirea sanilor si balonare abdominala.

PMS Tip P

 Caracterizat de dismenoree, greata, stare   de voma,  acnee, piele grasa, par gras   etc
