ALIMENTATIA OPTIMA IN TIMPUL SARCINII
Stiati ca … femeia insarcinata are nevoie de 300 de calorii in plus fata de perioada prenatala. Nu este chiar echivalentul “a manca pentru doua persoane”, iar ceea ce conteaza cel mai mult este CALITATEA acestor calorii: incarcatura nutritionala si energetica a alimentelor.
NECESAR MACRONUTRIENTI
Femeia insarcinata are un necesar sporit de proteine: pt adulti necesarul de proteine este 0.75g/kg iar pt femeia gravida este necesar un supliment de: 1.3 grame/zi in primul trimestru, 6.1 grame/day in al doilea trimestru, 10.7 grame/zi in al treilea trimestru. Acest supliment de proteine este necesar pentru placenta, cresterea volumului sangelui mamei, sanilor etc. 10 grame de proteine se pot gasi in: un copan pui, 1 ½ ou fiert, 3-4 felii de paine, 200 g iaurt, 2 cartofi copti in coaja, 50 g branza Cedar, 60 g amestec nuci prajite.
Grasimile sunt necesare pentru absorbtia vitaminelor A,D si E. Exista doua tipuri de acizi grasi esentiali: acidul linoleic si cel linolenic, care sunt necesari pentru dezvoltarea creierului copilului.
Carbohidratii sunt sursele primare de energie ale corpului uman. RDA pt femeile gravide este de 175 gr/zi. Acest necesar previne hipoglicemia in sarcina. Este important ca acest necesar sa fie asigurat din carbohidrati complecs, care sunt bogati de asemenea in fibre, vitamine si minerale.

Oul gatit corect (până cand atât albusul si galbenusul sunt solide) oferă o sursă buna de proteine și vitamine: D, A. De asemenea, oul este o sursa buna de vitamina B12, esentiala pentru globulele rosii, menținerea unui sistem nervos sanatos, si pentru procesarea acidului folic de care copilul are nevoie pentru a se dezvolta
Pestele: somon, sardine, hering, pastrav etc

Fructele
Banane: sursa de potasiu [396mg/100 g], acid folic, biotina etc

Leguminoase: linte, naut, fasole, mazare etc
Acestea sunt o mare sursă de proteine vegetale si pot constitui o masă ușoară, hrănitoare si ieftina. Leguminoasele sunt o mare sursă de fibre, acid folic si calciu, important in cresterea osoasa a bebelusului, ca si de potasiu, fier și zinc, un nutrient important pentru cresterea celulelor si producerea de energie.
Semintele si nucile:
= Nucile sunt o sursa bogata de vitaminele B si E, precum si de minerale ca Mag, Mn, Se, Zn, Cu, K, P si Fe, foarte importante pentru dezvoltarea fatului.
- migdale – 30 g contin: 166 cal, 5 gr proteina, 14 gr grasime (90% nesaturata), 4 gr fibre, 80 mg Ca, 1.4 mg Zn, 1 mg Fe, 8 mg Mn, 39 mg Mg, etc si 6,7 mg vit.E, anumite vit. B (B1, B3).

Nucile si semintele trebuie consumate neprajite si proaspat decojite; sunt necesare mai ales in alimentatia vegetariana in sarcina, dar trebuiesc atent combinate pentru a oferi spectrul complet de aminoacizi
