PREVENTIE INFECTIE VIRUS SARS-CoV-2

 

Amploarea infectiei cu virusul SARS-CoV-2 ne forteaza sa cautam informatii care sa ne ajute sa ne protejam de infectie, sau cel putin sa reusim sa trecem cat mai usor peste ea.

In primul rand este important sa intelegem ca avem mai multe optiuni:  sa luam masuri pentru evitarea infectiei, suplimentare celor recomandate de autoritati,  sa ne tratam pentru orice infectie respiratorie in forma usoara, sa ne ajutam organismul in faza critica si sa minimizam efectele infectiei in perioada de recuperare.

Este important ca fiecare sa-si gestioneze starea de sanatate pe cat posibil, avand in vedere gravitatea infectiei si deficitul estimat de resurse medicale autorizate.

Etapa a 3-a reprezinta situatia critica, ce se doreste a  fi ocolita cu orice pret !

Ea este caracterizata de un hiper-raspuns al sistemului imunitar (“cytokine storm”), echivalent al unei autoimunitati locale la nivelul plamanilor si inimii, mai rar la nivelul sangelui (anemie, trombocitopenir, hipotensiune), rinichilor si a altor organe. Aceasta situatie este similara cu cea din infectiile SARS (2003) si MERS (2012).

 

Persoanele care au un risc sporit de a face forma grava a bolii (etapa 3) sunt cele care au:

  • boli autoimune – in special boli ale tesutului conjunctiv, cu afectari pre-existente ale tesutului pulmonar (artrita reumatoida, lupus etc), dar si tiroidita Hashimoto si hipotiroidism (nivelului scazut de IgA) [4] [5] – indicator: medicamentul Chloroquine utilizat si pentru bolile autoimune este in teste si pentru tratamentul COVID-19
  • infectii fungice, care reduc raspunsul organismului la infectiile virale;
  • sistem imunitar disfunctional (in special nivel scazut celule NK) in:  imunosenescenta, boli degenerative, dereglari de ritm circadian (dereglare fus orar in calatorii cu avionul, dereglare cauzata de lucrul in schimburi etc) etc
  • nivel ridicat de xenobiotice (metale toxice, pesticide, poluare atmosferica, expunere profesionala: ex. formaldehida etc).[1]
  • smog electromagnetic, care creste permeablitatea membranei celulare din epiteliului respirator la particulele virale [2],[3]
