INTOLERANTELE ALIMENTARE

Intolerantele alimentare cuprind o gama variata de reactii nocive  ce se produc in cazul consumului anumitor alimente, in principal datorita absentei / insuficientei enzimelor sau datorita unor tulburari metabolice.

• intoleranta la gluten, constituent al graului, secarei, orezului si orzului, este responsabila de boala celiaca
• intoleranta la lactoza, consecinta unui deficit, congenital sau dobandit,al enzimei lactaza, necesara hidrolizei lactozei (transformarea ei in glucoza si galactoza), principalul glucid din lapte
• intoleranta la fructoza, zaharul natural din miere, fructe, dar si din legume ca: rosiile, morcovii, varza, asparagusul etc.

De multe ori apar reactii toxice la anumite alimente fara sa fie vorba de o tulburare metabolica propriu-zisa, ci doar de o alergie / sensibilitate alimentara tranzitorie, indusa de consumul exagerat al unor alimente - de exemplu peste 66% din persoanele perfect sanatoase pot avea o intoleranta tranzitorie la fructoza daca vor consuma mai mult de 50g.

Centrul EuVITA va ofera un test al sensibilitatilor alimentare bazat pe o combinatie intre metodele EAV/EDS si biorezonanta.
